Why isn't my data showing up?
Endure reads from Apple HealthKit. Make sure you've granted permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Endure. All data categories (workouts, heart rate, etc.) need to be enabled for the app to work correctly.
How are pace zones calculated?
Zones are based on your maximum heart rate, which Endure estimates as 220 − your age (from Apple Health). You can override this in Settings → Max Heart Rate. The five zones are: Easy (<60%), Aerobic (60–70%), Tempo (70–80%), Threshold (80–90%), and VO2max (>90%) of max HR.
What is Training Load (TRIMP)?
Training Load uses the Banister TRIMP formula to quantify workout stress. ATL (acute training load) reflects fatigue over the past 7 days, CTL (chronic training load) reflects fitness over the past 42 days, and TSB (training stress balance) is CTL − ATL — a positive TSB means you're fresh, negative means you're fatigued.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored locally on your device. Endure never sends your health data to any server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I reset the app?
Go to Settings → Reset All Data inside the app. This clears all locally stored records and preferences. Your HealthKit data is not affected.
Does the widget update automatically?
Yes. The home screen widget reads live from HealthKit in the background and updates as new workouts are synced to Apple Health.
